Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all nail products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes but is not limited to nail polishes, gels, tools, and accessories. These items are considered personal care products and cannot be returned once opened or used, in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.
We kindly ask our customers to carefully review product details and shades before completing their purchase.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within the same day the product has been delivered with supporting photos, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund in line with the UAE Consumer Rights Law.
